The pre-loaded Compact "Double D" restraint provides the same maximum control for first responders as the original  "Double D" while offering a close-packed design. Simply remove the band and it’s ready to use! Two Single locking heads completely enclosed within the bridge provides maximum security and safety. EZ Cutter sold separately.
